Okay, so you're faced with a fitness dilemma on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd: Should you work out, or skip your workout? Ok, let's see. If you work out, you'll do something really good for your body, you'll sleep better, you'll eat better and you'll reduce stress. If you skip your work out, you won't do any of those things! This month starts out at a critical point. Doing the right thing will get you over the hump and into a solid routine. On the 10th, don't push yourself too hard -- glide along on whatever momentum you've accumulated up to now. On the 14th, pay attention to any fatigue or pains. They're telling you something (and no, it's not 'go home and eat a pizza'). On the 19th, you find a good balance with your healthcare routine -- what you eat, how you work out. On the 23rd, you feel great -- that what happens, isn't it, when you find balance. On the 29th, 30th and 31st you reach another critical point: Keep up the good work and it'll be easier not to backslide.
