There is absolutely, positively, assuredly, no-kidding, for sure nothing better than starting out the New Year with some exercise. So go for a jog. Or take a walk. Or hit the pool for a swim. Or do a nice sunrise yoga class. It doesn't matter what your sport of choice is. You just need to make sure you exercise on the 1st and 2nd. Follow that work out up with a really healthy breakfast. And, if at all possible, a nice, sweet kiss on the cheek! On the 5th, you are all action. And it's super important to stay active, if you're going to stay fit. And what did you resolve for this New Year? Just that. On the 10th, why not come up with a new diet plan? Try to make it perky and peppy and delicious (but still super healthy) and see where you can go with it. By the 14th, you'll be feeling better already. Fantastic!
