| What's the difference between a good workout and a so so workout? Is it how much energy you have going in? How strong you feel during the process? How little pain you experience? No! What makes a good workout good, as you'll see on the 1st and 2nd, is simply that you decide you're going to give it your best, whatever that may mean on that particular day. On the 5th, why not finally give that three-day-long stretching workshop a try? You could really reap a lot of benefits. Don't go overboard at the sports equipment store on the 10th. Yes, you need appropriate workout clothes. But no, you don't need the latest and greatest of everything. Your old, washed-out cotton shorts will do just fine. Sure, you're going to have a couple of additional family and friend obligations on the 15th. But it doesn't mean it's a good idea to skip your workout. Organize your life differently and see if you can't get a few more workouts in on the 20th. Then you need to sweat it out on the 25th. Do your best |
